Middle School Leadership Council
Introducing a new Youth program, the Middle School Leadership Council, designed for our students in grades 6-8.
Join us once a month for our MSLC program where we will come together every third Tuesday of the month to learn about Jewish leadership and identity, how to make an impact on your temple community and respective youth groups, and train to become the future leaders in both our Madrichim program and the future of AETY - our senior Youth group.
We envision the MSLC to be the place for all of our students looking for leadership opportunities alongside Religious School and Youth Group events at AEMT. A marquee goal of the inaugural cohort will be to plan two different events for their peers in MAETY and/or JAETY, including a service project here in New Brunswick!
Students $36 application fee will cover all program costs including dinner and other related expenses like program supplies (markers, poster board, etc.). Please make the check out to Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple or bring payment to the temple.
**If you're registering for MAETY or JAETY and would like to join the MSLC, dues will be $50 for both!**
If you're interested or have any questions, please contact Matthew Vogel, Director of Youth & Member Engagement, via email or phone:

Upon submitting this form:
I agree to be present at my scheduled responsibilities.
Monthly meetings happen on the third Tuesday of every month except May 19, 2020. First meeting begins on September 17th at 6pm after Religious School. Last Meeting on April 21, 2020. There will be 8 meetings total.
I understand it is my obligation to contact Matthew Vogel if I'm unable to make our monthly meeting.
I agree to work together with my cohort and help plan two Youth group events for my peers in my age group (either MAETY or JAETY).
I will be a role model in my grade in Religious School and encourage my peers to participate in Youth group activities.
I will strive to be a Jewish leader in school and at AEMT!
